The New Cold War: The Russian plan for reshaping the balance of power.

Military trade, the dollar-centric monetary establishment and the traditionally Westphalian approach in diplomacy, they seem to be under attack. In the Arab Spring’s aftermath, Russia takes profoundly the lead on the psychological warfare, whilst practically – through inter-state agreements and joint military trade legislations. – Moscow projects itself as the hegemon of a new Eurasian Coalition.
